Revit Draftsperson/Designer - Commercial Projects: Phillips & Donovan Architects, LLC, is seeking an experienced, fast-paced draftsperson working in Revit and possessing an eye for design to join our team in our Bedminster, Pennsylvania office. Five years of commercial design experience and an architecture education are necessary. Candidates must have good general knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the architectural field. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, transforming initial conceptual designs using computer-aided design (CAD), either through Revit modeling or AutoCAD Architecture, drafting into schematic design models/drawings, design development modeling and documents, construction documents, and 3-D renderings. It is also crucial that the candidate is familiar with best practices in sustainable design. An understanding of resilient design would also be helpful. The right candidate will work directly with a project manager/design team and review consultant drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop. Experience using Enscape, and SketchUp is also necessary.
